Shipping policy

Steel City Neon, LLC offers complimentary shipping within the United States. Priority production is offered on all orders for a small fee and will arrive in 2-3 weeks. 

Once an order is received please allow 1-2 business days to process order, 7-10 business days to design and assemble, and 7-14 business days to arrive. Total time will range from 4 to 5 weeks. All items are custom made and some delays may be experienced.
